Profile
Sarah Siddall is a litigation associate in the Tulsa office of Conner & Winters. Her practice involves advocating for and defending clients in a variety of matters related to business, contracts, and insurance. A skilled litigator, Sarah defends insureds of all sizes in disputes involving claims of bad faith, general & professional liability, personal injury, property damage, auto liability, and more. Working in the Litigation practice group, she handles all aspects of the litigation lifecycle for clients, including filing and responding to pleadings, navigating the discovery process, conducting depositions, defending and filing motions, preparing for trial, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Sarah worked on a variety of litigation matters at a boutique law firm in Tulsa, where she gained experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in guardianship proceedings, personal injury, and construction‑related disputes. This background provides her with a unique perspective in defending clients, including insight into how cases are developed and litigated from the opposing side.
Sarah earned her law degree with highest honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law, where she earned top marks in Evidence (CALI Award, 2022) and was recognized on the Faculty Honor Roll for 5 semesters (2021, Spring 2022, 2023). Sarah was active on the trial teams for The University of Tulsa during law school and undergrad, earning Best Cross Examination at the 2022 Florida National Trial Advocacy Competition and achieving induction into the prestigious National Order of the Barristers in 2023. While in undergrad, she led the Moot Court team for four years, earning multiple accolades for top advocate performance.
Sarah is a Tulsa native and a graduate of Bishop Kelley high school. When not practicing law, she serves as a volunteer judge for the Oklahoma Bar Association's high school mock trial program and enjoys running and spending time with her husband, Dan, and their son.
