Brian Thomas Appointed to Supreme Court of Arkansas' CLE Board

Fayetteville, Ark. (February 25, 2026) - Fayetteville associate Brian Thomas has been appointed to the Supreme Court of Arkansas' Continuing Legal Education Board for a two-year term as a Statewide At-Large Member, effective as of February 12, 2026.

Brian Thomas Supreme Court of Arkansas CLE Board

The Arkansas CLE Board is charged with administering the rules for continuing legal education credit in Arkansas, including imposing sanctions for noncompliance, adopting regulations, and approving accredited sponsors of CLE programs. Brian's contributions to the Board will help uphold the standards for quality legal professionals in the State of Arkansas, which protects the public and enhances the administration of justice by ensuring lawyers are competent, ethical, and up-to-date on evolving laws and regulations.

At Conner & Winters, Brian handles a wide variety of litigation matters, with a particular focus on the construction industry. His experience includes representing clients in disputes concerning construction and design defects, payment claims, subcontractors, delays, and warranties for commercial building projects of all sizes. Brian has developed strong skills for handling all stages of litigation, including demands and responses, discovery, pre-trial settlement negotiations, and post-judgement actions. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law.
