Jas Gill is an associate in the Labor and Employment group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Jas’s practice focuses on employment litigation, where she represents employers in a variety of civil lawsuits in state and federal courts. Jas defends employers against claims involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination. She also has experience defending employers in individual wage and hour disputes, PAGA representative actions, and class actions.
While in law school, Jas was a board member of the Moot Court Honors Board, a skills tutor, an active member of the Negotiations team, and a co-founder of the Society of Women in Golf (SWING) group on campus.
Prior to law school, Jas worked as a grant writer. There, she assisted several school boards and non-profits secure grant funding from public and private sources.
