Sheppard Mullin Represents Orion Laboratories in Joint Venture with FMOL Health
Sheppard Mullin’s Healthcare team represented Orion Laboratories in its joint venture with FMOL Health to expand access to high-quality, Louisiana-based laboratory services for patients and providers across the state.
The collaboration aligns FMOL Health’s integrated regional care network and clinical expertise with Orion Laboratories’ local laboratory operations, technology platform, and logistics—supporting a more coordinated lab experience from test ordering through results delivery. Through this partnership, patients and healthcare providers will soon have access to an additional option for their laboratory needs. Operations are set to begin in 2026, with services gradually spreading throughout FMOL Health’s Louisiana network.
The Sheppard Mullin deal was led by Doug Swill and included Karl Buhler and Frank Dworak.
