Overview

Max is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  Max is experienced in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motions practice and evidentiary proceedings.  During his time at Vorys, Max has appeared in federal court, state court and in administrative tribunals representing clients from a number of different industries.

Max’s practice has primarily focused on real property and construction disputes, constitutional litigation, consumer class action defense and general commercial litigation. 

Max received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law where he served as a staff editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as a note editor on the Duke Law and Technology Review.  He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
