Overview

Beth is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  She focuses her practice in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on zoning, land use regulation and developer representation.

Notable experience includes:

  • Assisting clients with annexing, zoning, permitting and obtaining entitlements for multifamily apartment communities, single-family home developments, data centers and other commercial end users
  • Negotiating and preparing real estate purchase and sales contracts, commercial leases and related documentation for a variety of commercial real estate clients
  • Working closely with the firm’s economic development incentives attorneys to facilitate and coordinate incentives in real estate transactions
  • Coordinating multiphase acquisitions and phased developments for data center campuses across Ohio

Beth received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Toledo Law Review.  She received her B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
