Overview

Tom is a partner in the litigation group in the Vorys Columbus office.  He represents individuals and companies in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex business, commercial and contract litigation.  Tom also maintains a significant practice in the construction industry, in which he advises owners, developers and contractors in disputed matters including breach‑of‑contract claims, change orders, bonding, liens, delay claims, payment disputes, design claims and others.

Prior to joining Vorys, Tom served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge James E. Seibert in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.  Tom received his J.D. cum laude from the George Washington University Law School.  He received his B.A. from Christopher Newport University.
