Angelika Ekpo

Angelika Ekpo is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, where her practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and complex commercial disputes. She represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims brought under federal and state law.

In addition to her labor and employment practice, Angelika has experience handling complex commercial litigation, including investment fraud cases, contract disputes, and matters involving the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.
