OVERVIEW

Victoria Fuller is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. She practices out of White and Williams' Boston office. Victoria has almost two decades of experience as a civil litigator, focusing on employment, higher education, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Victoria is well-known for her creativity, commitment, efficiency and strategic focus with clients.

Victoria regularly represents businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits in employment litigation pending in state and federal agencies and courts. In addition, she counsels employers with respect to a variety of employment matters including hiring, termination, protected leave, requests for accommodation, wage and hour, policies and procedures, and restrictive covenants, among others. In addition to employment matters, Victoria also defends educational institutions in disputes with students. Victoria also represents insurers in complex coverage and bad faith litigation and handles first party property coverage matters.

As part of her role as Co-Chair of the practice group, Victoria also oversees the EPL practice at White and Williams LLP. Victoria also co-hosts the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) sponsored Employment Law Counselor Podcast with her colleague, Laura Corvo.

Victoria is a volunteer Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Bar Overseers. She formerly served as an editor of the Boston Bar Journal, and has served several leadership roles within the Boston Bar Association.
