Overview
Radha is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group.
Radha’s practice is focused on counseling clients on immigration law matters, advising on visa sponsorship across a range of temporary and permanent employment-based visa types. She also has experience in responding to government audits and advising on the immigration-related components of mergers and acquisitions, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance and immigration enforcement preparedness. She has handled matters for clients including corporations, universities, health care providers, research institutions, nonprofits and religious institutions.
Radha also has an individual immigration practice, offering clients guidance on family-based immigration matters, including counseling clients through the stages of the PERM process.
Before joining Vorys, Radha clerked for the Honorable Judge Mark A. Baber, Judge for the Hudson County Superior Court.
Radha received her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law. She graduated with a B.A. from Fordham University.
Radha was born in Zambia and moved to the United States when she was six. She holds dual U.S. and Zambian citizenship.
