Overview
Brooklyn is an immigration paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office, with more than 12 years of experience supporting employment-based immigration matters. She has extensive experience assisting in the preparation and filing of a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex regulatory framework governing U.S. immigration.
Brooklyn regularly manages a high volume of matters, including Applications for Permanent Employment Certification (PERM), and plays a key role in coordinating all phases of case preparation. Her experience includes overseeing the collection and review of supporting documentation, drafting petitions and applications, and ensuring timely and accurate filings. She has worked on a wide range of visa classifications, including E-2, H-1B, L-1, and TN petitions, as well as labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
