Changes to Pennsylvania’s Participant-Directed Service Agreements: What Families and Providers Need to Know (Webinar) 

Michael Oliverio, a partner in the Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the litigation group, presented a webinar titled "Changes to Pennsylvania’s Participant-Directed Service Agreements: What Families and Providers Need to Know" on June 3.

The webinar, sponsored by Cypress Support, addressed recent changes to the standard agreements used by the Office of Developmental Programs for families utilizing ODP’s participant-directed service models.  ID/A Providers, beneficiaries, families and family advocates learned about recent changes to both the common law employer (CLE) consent form for families utilizing the Vendor Fiscal / Employer Agent Model through PPL as well as changes to the Managing Employer (ME) agreement for Agency With Choice (AWC) provider and families using the AWC model.
