Chaz Billington and Janay Stevens, partners in the Vorys labor and employment group, presented a webinar on May 13 from noon until 1:00 as part of the 2026 Retail Webinar Series.  The title of the presentation was "Hiring 2026: Adapting to Federal Shifts in Employment Law and DEI Compliance." 

The webinar focused on federal employment regulations and their impact on workplaces.  Attendees also gained actionable strategies for organizations to stay compliant with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
