Ohio Bankers League HR Forum

Nelson Cary and Matt Schmitz, attorneys in the Vorys Columbus office and members of the firm’s labor and employment group, presented at the Ohio Bankers League HR Forum on May 21 at the OBL Education Center in Columbus.

The attorneys spoke on a wide range of employment topics, including legislation regarding pregnancy and menopause, third-party harassment, the independent contractor and joint employer standards, new Department of Labor-proposed rules and a number of case studies.
