The Legal Council 2026 Spring Seminar
Jason Mueller, a partner in the Vorys Houston office and member of the intellectual property group, will speak at The Legal Council's 2026 Spring Seminar in Arlington, VA at Berman and Company on April 9. The title of his presentation will be "IP Litigation Trends in Restaurant and Retail."
The presentation will recap recent IP litigation industry trends, followed by a deeper dive into patent trolls in particular. The presentation will culminate with a summary of best practices being implemented to mitigate litigation risks (with a brief look at what is not “a best practice” from practical experience in the courts).
