Overview
Ashley is a paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group’s immigration subgroup. She has experience preparing and drafting legal documents for immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including employment-based, family-based and asylum cases. Ashley supports clients through communication, fact-gathering and legal research, ensuring accurate and timely case preparation. Her strong aptitude for technology enables her to streamline processes and advocate for tools that enhance the group’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Ashley also serves on the eImmigration Customer Advisory Board, where she collaborates with industry professionals to guide the development of the eImmigration software. In this role, she works to ensure the platform effectively supports customers and foreign nationals throughout the immigration process, advocating for user-friendly solutions and improved functionality.
