Overview

Ethan is an associate in the Vorys Washington D.C. office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Ethan has experience with matters related to HUD Lean programs for the construction and refinancing of health care facilities.

Prior to joining Vorys, Ethan served as an intern for the U.S. International Trade Administration. 

Ethan received his J.D. magna cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law, where he contributed to the Administrative Law Review.  He graduated cum laude from DePauw University with a B.A. in political science.
