Vorys represented Columbus-based investment firm Heartland Growth Partners in its strategic partnership with ADF Engineering. The transaction represents a major new investment in one of the region’s leading industrial engineering platforms. The partnership will expand ADF's ability to support clients with complex facility and process needs. ADF will maintain its existing brand, its Miamisburg headquarters, and its current executive leadership team.
