Overview

Hannah is a scientific advisor in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the intellectual property (IP) group.  Her practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting United States and foreign patent applications in the chemical arts and aligned technologies.  In particular, she has proficiency in small molecules, polymers and materials, medical technologies, and energy.

Hannah received her Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on the development and exploration of novel organic and organometallic reactions.  Her technical expertise spans organic synthesis, organometallics and catalysis, medicinal chemistry and polymer chemistry.

In addition to her Ph.D., Hannah graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in biochemistry from Kenyon College and performed thyroid cancer research at the Ohio State University James Comprehensive Cancer Center.
