Columbus Bar Association Labor & Employment Practice Group Meeting 

Janay Stevens and Shelby Daniels, attorneys in the Vorys Columbus office and members of the firm's labor and employment group, presented at the Columbus Bar Association's Labor & Employment Practice Group meeting on January 23 at noon.  The topic of their presentation was workplace investigations.  

The presentation covered essential strategies for planning, maintaining impartiality and ensuring consistency throughout the investigation process.  Participants also gained insight into key considerations to help prevent errors that could compromise the investigation or create potential liability.
